Toronto digital marketing agency N5R has been awarded a handful of new projects, including Procter & Gamble’s Cover Girl and Clairol brands, Kidsfutures and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. N5R will create microsites for each client using its technology, which personalizes Web sites for each user. CEO Roman Bodnarchuk says the technology involves e-mail invitations that direct users to a client’s microsite. When users click on a link in the e-mail, they are brought to a unique URL that greets them by name and offers content based on their personal information. “So if you live in Dallas, the site would give you maps to stores in your area,” Bodnarchuk says. Additional new clients include Orvis, a high-end U.S. sporting goods retailer that is using online marketing initiatives for the first time, and Abbott Labs.
