(N5R) announces today that The Experiential Agency™ (NASDAQ OTCBB: EXAG) (XA) has signed a letter of intent with N5R to form a partnership of digital and event marketing services, extending the future reach and offerings of both companies. N5R was founded in 1998 by Roman Bodnarchuk, chairman and CEO of the company. The company provides integrated marketing campaigns including direct mail, email, network/word-of-mouth marketing, kiosks and traditional marketing disciplines to global brands including Microsoft, Staples, Ford, Excite Canada, and Seagram's.
