Similar to how businesses use Facebook Fan Pages you can tell your story with a Twitter's Business Account. Here are the top new features:
1 - Better Branding: You have much more ability to add your branding, headlines, and links that feature your condo brand including video. Tip: stake your claim early and choose an account that's close to your condo brand.
2 - The new "Featured Tweet" tool can be a placeholder above the standard timeline for an important tweet you made recently. For example, you can feature a testimonial tweet from a past condo buyer or a special offer that's still in market e.g. free parking spot.
3 - Embeddable Tweets: You can now easily embed a tweet onto your website, giving site visitors the ability to favorite, reply to, or retweet a tweet without even leaving your web site.
