HOW TO PLAN AN EVENT AND SEAL THE DEAL AFTER

When you see a swan on the lake you see how natural and graceful they are...
But if you think about it- have you ever seen what is going on under the water?!
Can you imagine how hard they are kicking?!
 We are going to tell you how hard you have to kick when you want to create an event.
 Realtors and brokers are important in our market that is no secret. Every time we are launching a new project we are planning Realtor/Broker Events. 
Just to give you an example: in Charleston, South Carolina we had to sell 300 condos.
Nobody sells that many fast! Especially in one year!
                                         Well, we had decided to throw a party! 
For the next 3 weeks we were kicking as hard as we could: we have invited every single realtor and broker in town. We were calling (keep in mind sometimes you have to call 9 times before you have an actual conversation), mailing personal cards with invitations, … We were emailing on several occasions: about the event, register for event, reminder of event… 
Of course nobody knew what was going on behind the scene, that we were working so hard to get these people together.
As a result – there were so many people attending, that there was traffic all over the neighborhood! 
People were amazed!
Yes, we had great music, venue, and catering.
But that was not what made the event a success.
It was not about food or place. It was about gathering.
EVENTS ARE POWERFUL!
Making one-on-one appointments on a daily basis - you are not making any favors to yourself. Today is about action! Today is your day to plan the event!
