At 0:53 - "I was able to hit the goal that month, only because somebody challenged me with, 'What's the goal?'... and there was somebody that actually cared."

At 1:24 - "Once you get to a place, you kind of like it, you don't want to go back."

At 1:47 - "Goal setting, in my opinion, is the foundation of all this. But if you don't break down your goal to 12 month, 6 month, 3 month, 30 day, to daily... it won't work."
