Web Developer

We are looking for a web developer to work as part of a real estate marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conversion of website designs into fully functional websites.
  • Setting up templates for regular features such as emails, e-newsletters etc.
  • Editing and maintaining client websites and company websites.
  • Creating Flash banner ads and other flash elements for the web.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of full-time, related work experience required
• Advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Intermediate knowledge of Flash & ActionScript
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Dreamweaver & InDesign
• Disciplined, organized & reliable work habits
• Eye for detail & quality results driven
• Comfortable working both in a team environment & individually on assigned tasks
• Good communication skills

Account Manager


Account Manager to manage advertising activities including planning, collateral development, web site development, event management, and budget and proposal preparation. Responsible for building and managing day-to-day client relationships.

Looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent written/verbal/presentation skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 3-5 years of prior client-side or agency real estate/condo experience strongly preferred.


Copywriter


Job Description:
We’re looking for a copywriter with big ideas to be part of our dynamic in-house creative team. You will be writing for a variety of channels including direct mail, e-mails, brochures, print ads, and Web.

Qualifications:

Degree specializing in advertising writing or journalism preferred
Strong writing and copy-editing skills
Experience producing various communication materials
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
3-5 years of copywriting experience (past work experience in an ad agency or in-house creative)
A background in real estate is an asset
Proficient computer skills
A good eye for detail and good organizational skills
You must be a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Real Estate Senior and Junior Sales Staff—various properties


Both the following positions will require working at the property, and a 50 hour work week will be required over 6 days.
Saturdays and Sundays will be required days because they will be the busiest days for traffic.

Having a fantastic phone voice and incredibly positive attitude will be required. Attention to follow up and being highly organized will be essential to success.

Dressing professionally, high energy and enthusiasm will be required.

Using our CRM system will be required so good technical skills and internet skills will be an asset. A valid Florida real estate license is preferred but not required for the Junior Salesperson.

Senior Salesperson (Salary Range $48,000 to $100,000)

  • spend 70% of your time prospecting on the phone using our leads
  • spend 20% of your time touring our prospects and closing deals
  • spend 10% of your time at trade shows and events qualifying leads


Junior Salesperson (Salary Range $30,000 to $60,000)

  • spending 70% of your time prospecting on the phone using our leads to lease luxury rentals
  • spending 20% of your time touring our leasing prospects and signing leases
  • spending 10 % of your time preparing for and executing open houses, events and trade shows
