At 0:32 - "Do you know what the difference is in booking the meeting? It's not 100% better, it's 100 times higher conversion... if you call a lead within 5 minutes, you have a 100 times greater percentage of booking that meeting than 4 hours later."

At 0:54 - A practical example from one of the largest developers in Dubai. 

At 1:47 - "This was at 1:58 in the morning, and now we're calling at 10AM... I get on the phone, it took me about a minute to explain who I was and how it happened... 7 hours after he wrote this long email to me."

At 2:14 - "So if you don't call that lead within 5 minutes, you are doing yourself a massive disservice."
