Roman Bodnarchuk, CEO of, held a Condo Mastery training session with Connekt in Australia. In this video, Roman discusses the two ways that people find motivation toward their goals. It's absolutely essential to find your personal motivation, one way or the other.

At 0:50 - "If somebody said... I'm going to give you the tools to make a million dollars a year, would I read the book that takes maybe an hour?"

At 2:10 - "So the challenge is, we're all motivated by two things... it's either I'm trying to get something, I want to be successful, or I'm fearful of losing something."

At 2:40 - "It's the pain of losing something. Most people are not motivated by the gain of something."

At 3:04 - "Be honest with yourself. And stop whining and complaining... it's 100% up to you."
