What You Need To Know When Meeting Sales Prospects

Australia's Connekt hosted an Condo Mastery sales training session. Roman Bodnarchuk, CEO of addresses the group about the most important things to know when meeting sales prospects. The video is packed with nine minutes of information, and some of the highlights are listed below.

At 0:28 - "They need to know that you believe what you're about to tell them. It's your confidence, it's your body language, it's the way you walk, it's the way you breathe."

At 1:05 - "You must know your customer."

At 1:30 - "You are going to greet them as if they're coming into your home. When somebody comes to your home... you literally come at the door, you greet them, you say come on in..."

At 2:31 - "If you sit down with them, you've bought yourself a lot of time." 

At 2:58 - "Here's what you don't want to do. Don't talk business. Do everything in your power to talk about what is going to light them up."

At 4:13 - "55% of your communication is body language."

At 5:30 - If things are going well, the sales prospect may actually start matching your body language. If not, go back to matching theirs.

At 7:32 - "When you're on the phone, voice tonality becomes super important, but it's equally important in a physical meeting." All about the meaning and usefulness of matching voice tonality.
