Our initial project with N5R represents STAPLES Retail Division's inaugural foray into the use of e-mail media promotions. While the creative/ developmental process was very positive, it was merely a precursor to the outstanding results STAPLES received post-campaign launch: we experienced responses in excess of a 4-fold increase over similar campaigns, where respondents spent significantly more than usual in direct reaction to receiving the offer. The manner in which this singular campaign impacted a very important corporate initiative, encouraged us to enlist N5R's expertise in a myriad number of future campaigns.
